• August 15: Meet with your classroom teacher (time slots vary by track and level)

K–8th Grade: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM

• Drop-off: 8:30–8:45 AM
• Pick-up: 3:30–3:45 PM

PK3 & PK4: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM

• Drop-off: 8:50–9:00 AM
• Pick-up: 12:30–12:40 PM

6th–8th Grade: 8:15 AM – 3:15 PM

• Drop-off: 8:15–8:30 AM
• Pick-up: 3:15–3:30 PM

School Day: 8:35 AM – 3:35 PM

• Drop-off: 8:20–8:33 AM
• Pick-up: 3:35–3:55 PM

• PK parents must park and walk children to/from designated gates
• Tardy arrivals (after 8:45 AM) must be walked in and signed in at the front office
• Early pick-up is allowed only before 3:00 PM

K–8 only, until 6:00 PM

• All students wear logoed uniforms
• “Performance Attire” with White Plaid from Land’s End required for special events including First Day of School

• Bottoms (gray/khaki) may be purchased at any retailer

• No hoodies (PK–5); MS may wear OCA-branded hoodies
• No hats in classrooms

• Supply lists available on the Parent Portal
• Bring classroom-specific items to Meet the Teacher
• Label student-specific items and send them in on the first day

• All students may bring lunch from home
• No fridge or microwave access
• No school-wide restrictions, but your teacher may communicate if there are allergies in the classroom to be mindful of.  

Main Campus Only: Hot lunch available through My Hot Lunchbox (M/T/Th). Orders must be placed/edited by noon the day before.

• Used for classroom communications (teacher to parents) including updates, messages, photos, special alerts
• Set up required before school starts
