Employment Opportunities
Join a community that values faith, curiosity, and the growth of each child. At Oak City Academy, we’re looking for people who feel called to serve students and families through Christian Montessori education.
Have you ever dreamed of teaching at a school where the students love learning? A school where students have said they actually enjoy long division as much as recess and others bring their school logo shirts in for "show and tell" because they want to talk about what a great education they are receiving? A school where you get to enjoy spending all of your instructional hours doing what you love most- teaching... in an outdoor classroom?!?!
Welcome to Oak City Academy- where we strive to nurture students who love learning so much they RUN to school!
OCA utilizes a Christian Montessori education model to cultivate a community of kingdom-hearted learners in the Triangle area. We endeavor to solve the problem of mechanical, one-dimensional education systems that produce disengaged, apathetic students. We aim to raise up transformed leaders who partner with God to impact the world.
OCA's Christian Montessori model empowers the whole child while fueling our passion to cultivate joyful learners who bring Heaven to earth. Building Christian character is the bedrock of OCA's rich academics which evoke wonder and awaken passion in a peaceful and natural learning environment. Our passionate and nurturing teaching team naturally go the extra mile while celebrating each child's personal growth. Oak City Academy also strives to bring racial, ethnic, and economic diversity into the private school setting by making private education accessible under-resourced families through a 90% scholarship program.
