The Oak City Parent Collective cultivates our school community, fostering a partnership between parents and the administration in order to help OCA flourish.
The Oak City Parent Collective is OCA's official parent organization, created to help strengthen the connection between our families and our school community.
Our inaugural Parent Collective brings together five OCA parents, each representing one of our school's five departments: Governance, Education, Advancement, Student Life, and Operations.
These parents bring different experiences, perspectives, and gifts to the table, but they share one thing in common: a heart for OCA and a desire to help our parent community feel connected, heard, and involved.
Through the Parent Collective, these parent leaders help create opportunities for connection, provide parent perspective and feedback, support school initiatives, and help strengthen the partnership between OCA and the families we serve.
